TSmartLabel ("we", "us") operates the tsmartlabel.com platform. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Fiber assignment data you upload for processing — stored encrypted, accessible only to your tenant
Usage logs for system operation and debugging

To operate the TSmartLabel platform and generate labels
To send transactional emails (demo requests, label job notifications)
To improve the product — we never sell your data to third parties

Data Retention

Uploaded documents and fiber data are retained for the duration of your subscription. You may request deletion at any time by contacting hello@tsmartlabel.com.

Analytics & Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and does not use third-party ad networks. We measure aggregate traffic only:

Vercel Web Analytics — cookieless, privacy-friendly page-view measurement. It records the page path, referrer, country, and device type. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not build cross-site profiles.
Server request logs kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting, containing IP address and user agent, retained for a short period.
A first-party page-view counter served from our own domain. It records the page path and referrer, sets no cookies, and never leaves our infrastructure.
Web fonts are served from our own domain, so loading the site contacts no third-party host and discloses nothing to a font CDN.
A strictly necessary session cookie is set only inside the application at app.tsmartlabel.com when you sign in. The public marketing site sets no cookies.

Because we set no non-essential cookies on this site, no cookie consent banner is required. If that ever changes, we will ask for consent before any such cookie is set.

Your Rights (GDPR / KVKK)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Türkiye, you have rights over your personal data under the GDPR and, for data subjects in Türkiye, under KVKK (Law No. 6698). These include:

Access — obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Rectification — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
Erasure — request deletion of your personal data
Restriction and objection — limit or object to certain processing
Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time
Lodge a complaint — with your supervisory authority (in Türkiye, the KVKK Authority)

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@tsmartlabel.com. We respond within 30 days. Our legal bases for processing are performance of a contract (operating the platform for you) and legitimate interest (security, aggregate analytics). Fiber assignment data you upload is processed on your behalf — for that data you are the controller and we are the processor.

International Transfers

Our infrastructure and sub-processors (hosting, analytics, and transactional email) may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
