Terms of Service

By accessing TSmartLabel, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Service

TSmartLabel is a B2B platform for fiber label management. You may use it for lawful business purposes in connection with dark fiber construction and labeling projects.

2. Your Data

You retain ownership of all fiber assignment data, documents, and label outputs you create through TSmartLabel. We process this data only to provide the service.

3. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

4. Accuracy of Labels

TSmartLabel automates label generation from data you provide. You are responsible for verifying that source documents are accurate before approving label generation. We are not liable for labels generated from incorrect source data.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TSmartLabel's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

6. Data Protection (GDPR / KVKK)

For fiber assignment data, documents, and label outputs you upload, you act as the data controller and TSmartLabel acts as the data processor. We process that data only on your documented instructions, keep it within your tenant, and apply encryption at rest and in transit. Customers subject to the GDPR or KVKK (Law No. 6698) may request a Data Processing Agreement at hello@tsmartlabel.com; it lists our sub-processors and the safeguards covering any international transfer. How we handle personal data on this website is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination & Data Export

You may cancel at any time. For 30 days after a subscription ends you may export your data in the formats the platform supports; after that period we delete tenant data from live systems, with backups expiring on their normal rotation. You may request earlier deletion in writing.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer or data-protection rights available to you in your country of residence are not affected.
